Magicman provides a hard surface damage repair service. Using specialist techniques it has developed, Magicman restores damaged surfaces by treating scratches, dents chips, cracks, holes, and burn marks, providing a precise match to the existing surface colour and finish. Surfaces of all types can be treated – wood, stone, ceramic, uPVC, metal, marble and plastic. The completed repair is undetectable to the naked eye.
The service was established in 2003 and grown to operate nationwide, with prestige customers in the construction, insurance, utilities, marine, hospitality and property management sectors.

The Magicman franchisee training course has a duration of 5 weeks. It is an intensive course that seeks to ensure franchisees develop a high level of technical competence and that they are fully equipped with administrative and business development capability. The course is conducted at our training academy in Brighton, comprising modules in a classroom, in the field and online.
Daily Life of a Franchisee
Magicman is a mobile service that can be operated from home. With a fully equipped van, franchisees visit homes, businesses, hotels, building sites, caravans and other varied locations to undertake damage repairs in-situ. Enquiries are dealt with by our customer service centre and despatched to franchisees, who liaise with customers to schedule site visits. Custom-designed software allows franchisees to efficiently handle administration and to organise their business development activity.
