The all new, three-week training academy provides new franchisees with practical and theoretical training for each aspect of managing a Merry Maids franchise. The three-week academy includes two weeks of classroom training, covering business management, marketing and publicity, financial management and support and a further week of on-the-job training with an existing franchisee.

Daily Life of a Franchisee

Operating a Merry Maids franchise involves a full-spectrum of management activities including, sales, marketing, customer service, employment and management of staff. It is the franchisees role to ensure teams of maids have all their equipment and schedules for the day each morning and to fulfil in-house quotations and enquiries from customers throughout the working week.
