Mini Kicks offers football coaching in our academies for children aged 2-8 years.  In addition to this Mini Kicks Education supports both schools and nurseries in the delivery of PE from the Early Years Foundation Stage up to Key stage 2.

Our engine room and admin team based in Doncaster is a well-oiled Mini Kicks machine that takes away from you all the time-consuming tasks that you would normally face as a franchisee.  From taking bookings, answering customer queries and making sure that you have registers, and up to date information, the office admin team is a vital part of the support that you have access to throughout each week. We have invested in world-class software that provides you with piece of mind, knowing that systems are in place to handle any aspect of a customer’s Mini Kicks journey.  This enables you to focus on what really matters, delivering outstanding coaching and making a positive impact on children that attend your academy sessions.

Our system allows us to turn cold leads into your customers and anyone looking at our website will go into a nurture campaign for the Academy area that they have viewed.  This means that potential customers will receive emails and videos about Mini Kicks followed by a phone call from the office team to answer any queries that they may have.  We also provide live chat during office hours so that customers can get instant answers to any questions. 

Mini Kicks provides a world class service and our customers are taken on a high-quality gold star journey from the minute they make their first enquiry to meeting you at their first academy session.

As part of your onboarding, we will provide you with a five-day intensive training programme so you are well aware of all policies and procedures pertaining to Mini Kicks as well as practical knowledge on our processes.

Our engine room team will have started your on boarding process so that you are ready to fly from day one.

We will spend a full day with you going through the logistics of running your academy sessions in addition to advice on marketing, networking with other franchisee’s, partnerships and venue hire.  At this meeting, you will decide a target for your opening weekend.

We are available to you on a weekly basis for ongoing support or to answer any queries or questions that may arise.

Every quarter we will visit your academy and observe your sessions factions to help you grow and develop.

Periodically training days will be held at Mini Kicks head office in Doncaster.  This gives you a great opportunity to network with other franchisees.  The purpose of these training days is to let you know how Mini Kicks as a company is moving forward, look at areas that have been identified as a training need and a chance for you to bring your coaches for CPD.

The company key business strategist attends these training sessions and empowers us with great ideas and positive energy.
