Personal Career Management provide career coaching and outplacement support for individuals and for corporate clients. We help people make informed choices about their next role and then help them through the process of obtaining it.

We are the official career management partners for the Guardian, the Telegraph and Monster, all of which recommend us to their audience. Our clients are typically at senior management level and we have a 98% client approval. We were established in 2003, and now have five UK offices.

Franchise Overview

Personal Career Management run two offices and have three further offices run by franchisees. We have been franchising since 2009 and now are actively seeking franchisees across the UK in areas such as Birmingham, Brighton, Bristol, Newcastle, Manchester and Scotland. Most franchises will be new territories located close to the franchisee’s home but working out of offices in the nearest large city or town.

Training

Franchisees are fully trained as career coaches on our comprehensive 10-day career coaching course which combines relevant theory, practical career coaching techniques and the latest in job search strategies. Launch and ongoing support is provided through our franchise team, to support both your coaching and business growth. Ongoing regular CPD is also provided through quarterly team meetings to ensure a quality service is delivered.

Daily Life of a Franchisee

Daily life as a franchisee is varied. You will be taking enquires from potential new clients, followed by having initial meetings with them where they can meet to find out more. Carrying out career coaching sessions with your own personal clients – always varied and interesting. Or you will be making contact with local businesses typically dealing with HR directors to promote your services or attending local networking events.
