Training

Our initial induction and on-boarding training courses are spread out over a two-week period at both our national support and training centre as well as in the field. This will cover everything that you will need prior to the launch of your business in your home area.

This is a comprehensive modular-style induction course with a further week in the field with an experienced member of our team. This continues on a needs basis as your business develops and grows.

Daily Life of a Franchisee

A Prima Ardelle Associates recruitment business is very much about talking to people on a regular basis. You can expect a varied day spent in the office doing light admin and phoning as well as being out in the field gathering information. You will not be expected to work weekends, carry perishable stock or work late nights. No two days are ever the same and you will enjoy helping people as well as problem solving.
