The SmartPA Learning & Development programme is highly interactive and designed to accommodate all learning.
All SmartPA Learning & Development is delivered via the SmartPA Hub – our bespoke training and internal communications platform. There are also check-in sessions via Skype. Our online learning allows franchisees to complete the training from the comfort of their own home or while still in employment. The training programme lasts four to six weeks.
Daily Life of a Franchisee
Our franchisees are home-based. The services and tasks that our franchisees deliver clients vary day to day, week to week and will depend on the client's preferences, strengths, sector and business size.
Some real-life examples include:
Formatting of 50 PowerPoint presentations with client's new branding guidelines. Organised visas, flights, transfers and accommodation for 10 oil consultants to fulfil a contract in Nigeria. Each consultant was based in a different country.
