We deliver a comprehensive, bespoke
training programme over several weeks before opening. Minimum 5 days classroom training covers the use of our unique lead-generating CRM, running your business and sales & marketing. With your technical training you will spend time at a franchise unit observing the process and logistics and then a further three weeks are spent training at your unit prior to opening so you can be sure you have the skills to achieve our required standards. Further support days in all areas will be at your unit to give you that extra help when you are up and running your new business.
Daily Life of a Franchisee
A typical day will start with greeting your customers who are booked in that day and checking in vehicles. You will monitor your technicians’ progress to ensure our same day service deadlines are met, as well as responding to customer leads that have been generated through the CRM system. Good man-management skills and delegation are necessary, as is sales & marketing, as you will need a proactive approach to generating additional business with support every step of the way.
