Daily Life of a Franchisee

In the first year of running the business, the franchisee will mostly be directly responsible for the sales side of things.

‘Sales’ really means meeting a potential customer in their home, via a prearranged appointment, to understand what changes they want to their kitchen or bathroom, and then laying out possible solutions.

It’s a ‘warm’ sales role where better than one in two in-home appointments leads to a sale and a new customer.
