TREND Transformations provides a unique renovation solution and service to home-owners who want to make changes to their kitchen or bathroom primarily.
With an impressive high-street showroom at its centre, this is a business where the role of the franchisee is as project manager of a small team of sales and technical staff.
With typical business plans showing year one revenues of around £400k and year two revenues of around £600k, this is a business you can really grow with no real ceiling.
TREND Transformations is a global franchise company that has been going for 20 years, and in the UK for over 10 years.
What makes the company different from others in its sector is that TREND manufactures their core products and doesn’t use subcontractors to then provide the installation service.
This allows the franchisee to be in total control of every single part of the business, from operational setup and customer enquiry to customer satisfaction and ongoing referrals.

The training element of this franchise is absolutely fundamental to being able to understand and be in control of all parts of the business.
Financial, marketing, sales, product, service, technical, staffing, web and online…. it’s all included and is comprehensive.
The initial three weeks is a mix of classroom, practical and on-site training.
Training continues in one form or another over the next 12 weeks and where required in the future.
Daily Life of a Franchisee
In the first year of running the business, the franchisee will mostly be directly responsible for the sales side of things.
‘Sales’ really means meeting a potential customer in their home, via a prearranged appointment, to understand what changes they want to their kitchen or bathroom, and then laying out possible solutions.
It’s a ‘warm’ sales role where better than one in two in-home appointments leads to a sale and a new customer.
