At Monkey Music’s recent annual franchise conference, a number of franchisees were recognised with awards for their outstanding achievements.
Top prize of Franchisee of the Year went to Jeni Eastlake who runs Monkey Music classes in Putney, Barnes and Fulham. Jeni was presented with her award by the British Franchise Association’s Tom Bannister, together with a £500 voucher from Monkey Music partners and premier hotel specialists, Mr & Mrs Smith.
During 2012 Jeni not only broke records in terms of customer numbers, she proved that in challenging economic times there are still opportunities for growth and success.
Jeni said: “I’m obviously delighted to have won the ‘Franchisee of the Year’ award! The past few years have been challenging but, I’m glad to say, hard work and the magic for the Monkey Music brand have helped us win through. I’d certainly like to take this opportunity to thank not only the brilliant team at Monkey Music HQ, but also my amazing team of teachers in Putney, Barnes and Fulham. I absolutely couldn’t have done it without them!”
Angie Coates, founder of Monkey Music, said: “Jeni is always a pleasure to work with, our franchise network and her teachers admire her enormously and her customers keep flooding in! Jeni is now in her 12th year at Monkey Music and we look forward to many more years working together!”
