Monkey Puzzle raises £1060 for the Pepper Foundation – Christmas 2021

Monkey Puzzle raises £1060 for the Pepper Foundation – Christmas 2021

On Wednesday 15th December 2021 Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries held a fundraising day for the Pepper Foundation.

It’s important to give back to our local community, especially at Christmas. Back in 2020, Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries decided to permanently work in collaboration with ‘The Pepper Foundation’ in Tring to support, fundraise and donate to the foundation, and this is their mission for the foreseeable future.

The Monkey Puzzle Head Office team wore their best (and worst) Christmas clothing for the day to raise money and awareness for The Pepper Foundation. The team were delighted to be joined by Dom who volunteers for the Pepper Foundation, he shared a touching video which was a Christmas appeal to make a child’s Christmas wish come true.

Overall, with the help of the team at MPDN headquarters, Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries raised £1060!

How did our donation help?
• £10 will help pay for dedicated 24 hour on-call support, allowing parents to call a specialist nurse for help or advice in a time of crisis.
• £25 pays for one hour of specialist nursing care for a baby, child or young person, supporting them to be cared for in their own home.
• £75 would fund a respite visit to give parents a chance to take time for themselves or give other children in the family some dedicated attention.
