Renowned franchise professional Ian Bradley has been named as the franchise director of My Window Cleaner as the flourishing brand sets its sights on nationwide expansion.
Ian is well-known in the sector after 25 successful years of leading and expanding franchise operations, including veg box company Riverford Organic and the TV rental company, Hospital Entertainment. He has also previously held a directorship position at the British Franchise Association.
After 20-plus years overseeing the cleaning of windows, conservatories, gutters and patios of homes across north London and south Hertfordshire, My Window Cleaner founder Karen Prewer is looking to “revolutionise the entire market”, with Ian’s experience a crucial part of her strategy.
She said: “I’m naturally delighted to have someone with Ian’s experience on board. Window cleaners are not renowned for reliability, but My Window Cleaner is already changing that perception with over 4,500 happy customers in our company-owned operations. By combining our proven marketing systems with the skills and knowhow Ian brings to the business, we have a strong proposition for ambitious, fit and friendly people.”
Ian commented: “This is a great opportunity for me, I’m excited to be leading the franchise side of the business. In a fractured marketplace dominated by low-quality operators, there’s great potential for a professional brand to make its mark. Franchising is the perfect vehicle to help us do just that.
“I’m a big believer in the right culture being at the heart of franchising success, and as soon as Karen and I sat down I knew we were on the same page. We’ve got a proven, low-cost and profitable business model to share with franchisees, so all the ingredients are there for us to dominate our market.”
