Belvoir has further strengthened its hold in the South East with the formation of Belvoir Wembley Park following a successful acquisition by a highly ambitious new franchisee.
“I can confirm that Tom Wang, who only joined Belvoir last year, and was the recent winner of Belvoir Newcomer 2019 at our Annual Awards, has completed on a record fourth acquisition, which has brought Belvoir Wembley Park into our network,” said Dorian Gonsalves, Belvoir CEO.
Tom and his wife Ran joined Belvoir in 2018 and very quickly went on to buy three businesses, which became Belvoir Queens Park, Belvoir London Westminster and Belvoir Wood Green. Tom and Ran have now completed on the purchase of Grey & Co Estate Agents, which is in a highly strategic location in Wembley Park, in one of the largest residential developments in the country, if not Europe.
“For a franchisee to complete on a fourth acquisition within their first year is an amazing achievement, and a superb example of what can be achieved. It is also testimony to Tom’s extraordinary ambition, drive and determination.
