New era for brand Belvoir!

Belvoir is marking the end of another successful year with the launch of an exciting brand refresh, which will take the property group into a new era from 1st November 2018.

Belvoir now has over 300 High Street franchised offices across the UK, and is firmly established as one of the nation’s largest and most reputable property groups. This brand refresh is another exciting new chapter in Belvoir’s history. 

“Our marketing team has been working extremely hard on the rebrand and we are looking forward to unveiling Belvoir’s new look on 1st November. 

“As part of the rebrand Belvoir has changed its logo and incorporated the strapline: “Property is personal.”  We believe this clearly demonstrates Belvoir’s commitment to customer care, which is a core principle throughout the Group, and a key element of our business ethos. 

“Eye-catching new To Let and For Sale boards have been designed, and we are updating the website to feature the new branding and images. Our franchisees now have access to a superb new toolkit of innovative marketing materials.

“Belvoir is constantly evolving and investing in marketing that will support our franchisees and enable them to stand out from the crowd on the UK’s High Street. There is no doubt that this rebrand will put Belvoir into an even stronger position to compete in the industry’s ever-changing and highly competitive rental and sales market.”
