Heritage Healthcare welcomes a new franchise office in Windsor!
Following CQC registration, Heritage Healthcare Windsor has opened its doors to clients and carers within the local community. Their aim is to deliver high-quality, bespoke home care services to help people continue living in the comfort of their own home for longer in Windsor, Maidenhead, Slough, South Bucks and the surrounding areas.
Heritage Healthcare Windsor is led by franchisees, Mrs Prabjot Kaur Dhillon and Mr Tony Singh Dhillon, with support from Registered Manager, Brigid Dos Santos.

The Team
Prabjot and Tony have gained vast experience working with a range of people throughout their careers, with Prabjot previously working in Secondary Education and Tony building customer relationships whilst working for an asset finance company.
After experiencing the loss of an elderly family member during the COVID-19 pandemic, the duo realised they wanted to lead a business that was centred around making a difference in people’s lives. With Heritage Healthcare Windsor, they will endeavour to go above and beyond to provide a truly bespoke home care service to each individual cared for, with a team of highly trained Home Carers who share Prabjot and Tony’s compassionate nature.
Prabjot said, “Our business is based on key values that are transparent across Heritage Healthcare. These include uncompromising standards, to exceed client expectations, to make a real difference in peoples’ lives and provide a service that is driven by our clients’ needs. Registered care manager, Brigid, has built up her experience within the Health and Social Care sector for over 30 years, specialising in working with people of varying learning disabilities and mental health. As a Dementia Friend and experienced professional, Brigid will support the leadership of Heritage Healthcare Windsor, implementing the very best care to clients and their loved ones.
