New website and marketing activity paying dividends for Ovenclean

The launch of a new, mobile-friendly website by Ovenclean, one of the UK’s leading oven cleaning specialists, has had a significant impact on the business – substantially increasing traffic and enquiries from mobile devices and generating higher levels of cleaning enquiries for the franchise network.

This franchise’s website is now much more customer-focused and features a new ‘snap-to-fit’ design ensuring that in the modern age of mobile and tablet browsing, it is easily navigable and quick to use. New user features include a free no-obligation quote tool whereby visitors to the site simply add their name, postcode and contact details to receive a call back from their local franchisee.

Robin Auld, marketing director for Ovenclean, said: “Over the last quarter we have seen website visitors are up by over 20% versus last year, with website-generated leads increased as a result. What’s more, and even in the short space of time that the new website has been live, we have already seen a record number of visitors from tablet and mobile devices, up by over 166%!”

The new website is just one of the marketing activities that the franchisor has been heavily investing in since the launch of national marketing activity twelve months ago, raising demand levels by over 25%.
