The Christmas and new year period is an exceptionally busy time for businesses and families alike.

And it’s why we are extremely proud to reveal that all Blossom Home Care offices and franchisees across the country delivered a perfect service record to clients throughout the period between 17 December 2022 to 7 January 2023.
This means every single client appointment was made successfully and on time. We pride ourselves on punctuality and reliability, so if a care appointment is at midday for example, we will always ensure we turn up on time, every time. In total, more than 15,000 care visits, delivered by a network of over 250 staff nationwide, were made during the festive season.
“This is evidence Blossom boasts the robust systems needed to track and enable managers to deploy staff appropriately,” said co-founder John Leggott when discussing the figures.
“It also shows how we effectively train our franchisees on how to manage their teams to deliver premium, personalised care the way it should be – with complete reliability and trustworthiness as standard.”
Delivering our essential client care on this scale is a fantastic achievement and we congratulate all our franchisees for their role in continuing to improve the lives of clients up and down the country.
