This year, we proudly marked 20 years of helping policyholders navigate their property insurance claims, a milestone that reflects two decades of dedication, expertise, and trust. Our annual conference at the Gran Hotel Miramar in Malaga provided the perfect setting to celebrate this achievement. With the sun shining and spirits soaring, it was truly wonderful to bring our network together and celebrate such a remarkable milestone.

Setting Sail on a Milestone Celebration

We kicked off the conference in style, giving franchisees an exciting choice of activities to start the event on a high note. Participants could spend the day sailing across the sparkling Alboran Sea, teeing off on a stunning golf course, or enjoying an adrenaline-fuelled session of go-karting. These activities not only offered a chance for some friendly competition but also created the perfect environment for team bonding and setting the tone for an inspiring couple of days ahead.

As the sun set over the Alboran Sea, attendees gathered for a relaxed cocktail networking evening. Laughter and conversation flowed easily as drinks and canapés were enjoyed, against the stunning backdrop. The informal setting encouraged everyone to unwind, catch up with familiar faces, and extend a warm welcome to new franchisees joining the network.

The following day focused on professional development and collaboration. The morning featured a series of speakers who shared operational updates, league tables, marketing and sales insights, and a special “20 Top Tips” panel packed with practical advice from our Director Kim Perkins and experienced franchisees. In the afternoon, attendees took part in interactive workshops designed to build practical skills, encourage innovation, and promote collaborative problem-solving. This mix of learning and engagement ensured that every franchisee left with new knowledge, useful ideas, and a renewed sense of purpose, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service to policyholders.

The afternoon concluded with an inspiring keynote from our Managing Director and Founder, James Whittle. He reflected on the company’s milestones and shared memorable stories from over the years. It was a wonderful opportunity to reminisce and celebrate the incredible journey from the company’s beginnings in 2005 to the thriving network it is today.

Honouring Success and Supporting a Cause

No conference would be complete without recognising the achievements of our network. The awards evening celebrated outstanding contributions across all levels, from individual franchisee successes to team accomplishments. Highlights included a charity game of Heads and Tails and a raffle, which together raised an incredible £2,155 for ANDYSMANCLUB, supporting mental health awareness and suicide prevention.

The event concluded with an awards evening, where Steve Robinson was named Franchisee of the Year for his incredible dedication, outstanding performance, and remarkable business growth over the past year. Congratulations went to all award winners and nominees, whose hard work, dedication, and passion continue to inspire the network and drive our mission forward.
