We’re thrilled to announce Barrett & Coe Coe Birmingham has achieved their first winning image in the Baby of the Month competition! The winning image of baby Elaine was photographed by Jaswant Clare, who opened the studio in October 2022.

Jaswant moved into commercial photography after completing an ICT degree at Birmingham City University in 2012 and joined our portrait photography Franchise in 2022. After finding suitable premises near the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham, he extensively redecorated to make it a welcoming environment, and this has been reflected in the feedback he’s received from clients since opening.

Commenting on his first win, Jaswant told us: “I’m delighted to have achieved my first winning image in the competition, which is great for the studio having now been open for 6 months. The session with Elaine went really well, she was very smiley, which made for great images! I can’t wait to display my certificate in the studio and look forward to many more winners.”

The studio is fully equipped for family, baby, and pet photography and Jaswant has begun working with many businesses in the local area to raise awareness of its services.
