GoodOaks Homecare

Rapidly expanding, premium homecare franchise GoodOaks hosted their largest ever annual conference on the banks of the river Thames in the Chiltern Hills last week. Care teams from across the UK gathered together at The Swan at Streatley to celebrate a successful year, welcome new franchise partners, network, learn and share.

Among the keynote speakers was Neil Eastwood from Care Friends, a recruitment and retention specialist and author of ‘Saving Social Care’ who delivered an engaging presentation flowing with practical, actionable advice on candidate attraction and retention.

The network also welcomed four new franchise partners who will be covering large regions of the South of the UK including Kent, Sussex, Bedford and Epsom taking the quality franchise to an impressive 20 branches across the country.

The day recognised the dedication and hard work across the board with an annual awards ceremony, honouring the care teams across the expanding network. Announcing the winners were Co-Founders Ben Ashton and Darius Mitkus, along with Operations Director, Zoe Kelly.

Commenting on the day, Ben Ashton said; “Spending the day with our inspirational franchise partners was such an honour. The commitment shown to delivering truly transformational partnership-led care leaves us very excited about what’s to come from this special network.”
