Guinot has strengthened its franchise support offer with the launch of the Therapist Passport, a new training initiative designed to create a clear development pathway for therapists across the franchise network. Introduced in March 2026, the programme reinforces Guinot’s commitment to helping franchise partners build highly skilled, motivated teams while delivering consistent treatment excellence and an exceptional client experience.

Developed over six months in 2025 by Ahisha Butt, Guinot Franchise Trainer, the initiative was launched across the Guinot franchise network and rolled out to 61 therapists. The Therapist Passport gives franchise businesses a structured framework for tracking development, recognising progress and supporting long-term professional growth within their salon teams.

The programme provides therapists with a clear record of completed training and a flexible pathway for progression, with no fixed completion date. This allows therapists to advance at their own pace while working towards recognised milestone levels. As they progress, they receive rewards including gifting and pins that visibly celebrate their achievement and expertise.

The Therapist Passport is built around three progressive levels of achievement: Red, Silver and Gold.

Red is the first official milestone in a therapist’s journey, recognising the successful completion of initial training and a strong foundation in brand standards. To achieve Red level, therapists complete 10 core courses, six additional courses with a franchise trainer, the Guinot Cancer Care course, achieve five 5-star reviews across two platforms, bank 100 hours of training with a Guinot trainer, and complete an annual audit. Therapists are expected to achieve this level within one to two years.

Silver level recognises therapists who have advanced their expertise and demonstrated a strong commitment to professional growth, client care and service excellence. It reflects deeper knowledge, continued investment in education and a clear passion for delivering high-quality treatments that enhance the client experience. Therapists are likely to achieve Silver within two to three years.

Gold level represents the pinnacle of professional excellence within the Therapist Passport. Typically achieved within three to five years, it recognises exceptional dedication, advanced expertise and a long-term commitment to skincare excellence and client care. Gold level therapists demonstrate technical precision, personalised service and a passion for delivering outstanding facial treatments that drive client satisfaction and results.

“I created the Therapist Passport to bring structure, motivation and a real sense of achievement to every stage of the journey. It’s all about helping our incredible network track progress, celebrate success, feel recognised and valued, and keep growing with confidence as they develop their skills and careers.”
