Ed Reid, MD of franchise The Alternative Board (TAB) has featured on the latest edition of the High Performance podcast.

The episode titled ‘How to REALLY run a business in 2024’ invited leading business owners from across the UK to share the key attributes required to lead a business, and the big lessons they’ve learned over the years. 

Hosted by Jake Humphrey and Damian Hughes, the High Performance podcast turns the lived experience of the world’s highest performers into life lessons.  Past interviewees have included Bear Grylls, Mark Cavendish and Sir Kier Starmer.  Ed Reid was invited onto the podcast in response to requests from the High Performance community for more insights from people currently running SME businesses.

Interviewing Ed alongside three other UK business owners, the podcast hears the roundtable panel reflect on the highs of their business journeys alongside the most challenging moments, and how ultimately, marginal gains are everything.
