May 17, 2017
The global firm who specialise in signage, graphics and visual communications are set to open their 21st centre in the UK. The company, who currently have 660 centres located in nine countries worldwide, will officially open the Maidstone centre, located on the Integra Business Park, with a grand opening ceremony on Thursday 18th May 2017.
Muhannad Ziyadah, the proud owner of the newest jewel in the FASTSIGNS crown will be joined by the Mayor of Maidstone - Councillor Derek Butler, FASTSIGNS Managing Director, John Davies and other guests to celebrate cutting the ribbon on the new business.
In the run up to the Maidstone centre opening, Muhannad, undertook four weeks of intensive training to learn how to create signage and understand the FASTSIGNS business model. Two weeks of his training took place at the FASTSIGNS dedicated training facility in Dallas, Texas where he experienced comprehensive training in production, business, sales and how to successfully run his centre.
Upon his return to the UK he spent a week with his network support mentor, Mark Phelps at the FASTSIGNS centre in Kingston, where he gained practical knowledge of the machinery and day to day life in centre. For his final week of training, Muhannad worked with his dedicated business consultants in FASTSIGNS Maidstone to ensure implementation of the correct procedures.
Following his investment of over £150,000 for the set-up of the centre and the purchase of high end machinery such as an Epson S60 printer and a Mimaki Graphtec Plotter Muhannd and his newly appointed team are ready to provide signage, graphics and visual communications to businesses in the Maidstone area.
In 2016, FASTSIGNS announced ambitious plans to double the number of franchises within their UK network by the end of 2018, the Maidstone centre is one of many to open as part of the initiative.
