Lovelle franchisees enjoyed their first gathering since 2020, celebrating the network’s Annual Conference and Awards. Lovelle, which became part of the Belvoir Group in January 2020, crowned Sarah Jarvis from Lovelle North Hykeham and Gainsborough as Franchisee of the Year.

Managing Director, David Spackman said: “Sarah is the owner of Lovelle’s North Hykeham and Gainsborough office and has a superb team of people working for her, including her own son. Her offices won a total of four awards on the night, and it really was an easy decision for the judges to award Franchisee of the Year to Sarah. It was wonderful to see Sarah’s reaction when her name was read out, but she richly deserves this success.

“The Conference was held at the Kenwick Park Hotel in Louth and was followed by a black-tie dinner and Awards. Soon after Lovelle joined the Belvoir Group in early 2020, we went into lockdown and so this was our first opportunity to get together and celebrate. All of Lovelle’s franchisees are very appreciative of the many benefits that go with becoming part of the Belvoir Group, which have included rebranding, updated marketing, and a new website. It is an absolute pleasure to work with such an enthusiastic and ambitious group of business owners.”

Speaking of her award wins, Sarah Jarvis said: “I was shocked and delighted to win Franchisee of the Year! Our two offices won a total of four awards on the night, so me winning Franchisee of the Year really was the icing on the cake and made me feel incredibly emotional.

“I have been with Lovelle since 2016 and I work with an amazing team of people. The team really does feel like family, and we hadn’t all been in the same room together for nearly three years, so it was a very special occasion. Each member of the team came to the awards, except my PA, who was off with Covid, but we Facetimed her, so she felt like she was there!

“We have three new starters joining the team next week, and plan to celebrate our success with them, when we have our traditional ‘welcome to the team’ pizza night!

“In my opinion, being part of the Belvoir Group is a 100% improvement on where we were before, and we are really looking forward to what the future holds.”
