MONEYPENNY SCOOPS AWARD AT ANNUAL EWEMOVE CONFERENCE

Celebrations are in order for leading outsourced communications provider, Moneypenny, after the business scooped the Supplier of the Year award at EweMove’s annual conference and awards.

The prestigious event was held at St. George’s Park Hotel in Burton-on-Trent on the 23rd April and brought together EweMove franchisees and suppliers from up and down the country to celebrate the organisation’s success over the last 12 months.

Nick Neill, managing director at EweMove said: “This year’s conference was focused on growth and how we help our franchisees to build a business from their bedroom to their virtual boardroom. A key part of this journey is ensuring that each and every franchise delivers the very best in customer care and Moneypenny plays a major part in making this happen for EweMove. Moneypenny provides EweMove with a bespoke customer team of 12 people who act as an extension to the EweMove team – which now boasts 590 offices managing in excess of 73,000 homes.

They handle calls for each franchise and have full access to their in-house systems so are able to book in viewings and valuations, as well as taking rent payments and answering queries regarding properties currently available on the market. The team works closely with property managers to provide a first class service. As well as handling calls, the team completes various admin tasks for the franchisees’, such a credit checking potential tenants, completing referencing for applications and monitoring Ewemove’s Trustpilot site.
