Zara Diamond, former nanny and childcare expert, has become one of Harmony at Home’s latest franchisees, launching the Manchester branch in May 2022.

Growing up in Northern Ireland, Zara found a genuine love, care and passion for children and their well-being. Shortly after meeting her partner, she moved to Manchester. Zara has 11+ years’ experience in the Childcare and Education Industry, in Schools, Nurseries’, Senior Management roles to then being a Private Nanny. Zara has travelled with families internationally as well as offering specialized parent coaching.

Having known she always wanted to own her own business, as her love and passion for nannying grew, so did her desire to work for herself. It was at this point that the stars aligned and the opportunity to buy a Harmony at Home franchise came her way. Her own core values matched so well with the Harmony at Home brand values, ethics and expertise that she knew she had found the next step in her career.

Always a perfectionist in her work, Zara is detailed and organised, and uses her skills to ask the very best questions to ensure that she is always finding the exact candidate her clients are seeking, as well as the exact family that her candidates would be well matched with.

The Manchester recruitment agency franchise is one of the latest additions to the Harmony at Home portfolio, which was launched by entrepreneur and Norland nanny Frankie Gray in 2004. The agency provides a range of nanny and household staff recruitment services to parents across the entire county – care is taken to create a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
