We are very thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of our fourth franchise office, SylvianCare in Farnham, Surrey. Not only does this mark another great milestone for our network, but our new franchisees are our youngest yet. However, their experience, passion and personal history with SylvianCare will make them invaluable additions to our team.

Andrada Horvath and Claudiu Dordea, who will also serve as the Registered Manager for the service, are looking forward to using our proven business model to deliver a range of services including personal care, companionship, domestic help, and complex needs support for older people or those requiring extra assistance to live independently at home.

Both Andrada and Claudiu have extensive experience in domiciliary care, having previously worked for SylvianCare and other providers. Andrada was studying Business Administration when she got a part time job as a care professional at SylvianCare. She had always been interested in the sector, but hadn’t expected to fall so much in love with working with the elderly, and soon realised she had discovered her true life’s calling.

It was at SylvianCare that Andrada was teamed up with Claudiu who already had a degree in Psychology and many years’ experience in domiciliary care. When she graduated, they left SylvianCare for a while to work for other providers, but when the time came for them to considering opening their own care business, they realised SylvianCare could offer them a far superior operating model to help them realise their dreams.

Together they make a very formidable team. Andrada’s background in Business Administration will come in handy for managing the day-to-day operations of the franchise, while Claudiu’s degree in Psychology will be invaluable in understanding the needs and behaviours of their elderly clients and their families.
