ActionCOACH UK is now one of just two franchise brands in the UK to have achieved 5-star franchisee satisfaction in every single year of the independent WorkBuzz Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark Survey since it began in 2013. Until this year, four brands shared that unbroken record. Now only ActionCOACH UK and TaxAssist can make that claim.

The latest results show the brand’s commitment to its franchise partners is stronger than ever. This year, ActionCOACH UK recorded an impressive 84% Franchise Satisfaction Score, up from 78% in 2025, with franchise partners giving particularly glowing feedback on the training, support and strong sense of community across the network.

• 98% agreed the continuous training and field support helps them successfully grow their businesses
• 96% praised the strength of peer support, with franchise partners regularly sharing knowledge and best practice
• 93% said they were proud to be part of the ActionCOACH franchise
• 93% expressed confidence in the proven franchise system.

Looking to the future, 83% of franchise partners expect their profitability to improve over the next 12 months, while 81% report a reasonable balance between their work and family lives, reflecting the opportunities available beyond financial performance alone.

“Fourteen consecutive years of five-star satisfaction is extremely rare. This year, the number of brands with a perfect record since the survey began has halved, which shows just how hard it is to sustain,” said Sharon Weston, Head of Franchising at WorkBuzz. “ActionCOACH UK hasn’t just maintained it, it has raised its overall satisfaction score by six percentage points, which is particularly impressive for a brand with such a long-standing track record of success.
