Following the recent appointment of former Cazoo site ops manager Richard Graves as head of business at Revive!, the 2022 bfa Franchisor of the Year is bolstering its senior leadership team with two further additions.
Ricky Taylor and Warren Brown bring over 60 years of combined experience to the UK’s leading smart repairer, as Revive! targets £40M turnover by 2028.
Ricky Taylor – franchise growth director

After an impressive start to his career with Revive! as franchise growth coach, Ricky Taylor is joining the Revive! board of directors in the role of franchise growth director.
Ricky joins the board with 37 years of dealership experience, having been head of business for 23 years for prestigious dealer groups like Inchcape and Marshall.
Ricky said: “I am delighted to be joining the board in such a progressive company. I enjoyed my time in the dealer sector, but Revive! struck me as a company with strong values and serious growth expectations. The progress that Revive! has made to date is impressive, probably more so in that the company continues to grow without shouting about what it has achieved.
“My role in coaching and developing people has been fascinating. I’ve really enjoyed the engagement I have seen from the team so far. I see a team that listens and wants to progress, and this attitude is essential with the growth aspirations we have. In terms of adding value to dealers, I wish I’d had the IT systems that Revive! provides when I was a Head of Business!”
Warren Brown – head of UK mobile

In addition to Ricky’s appointment to the board of directors, Revive! are also bringing in Warren Brown as head of UK mobile.
Warren’s impressive automotive career spans more than 30 years, including managing the press garage for Aston Martin and more recently working as new business development manager at Continental, where he oversaw a team of 80 engineers.
Warren will now focus on the growth and development of the Revive! UK mobile division, a centrally employed team of 40 technicians who carry out repairs nationwide in non-franchised parts of the country.
Warren comments: “It’s already clear to me from the short time I’ve spent with Revive! that we have a strong team of highly trained, very motivated, and very ambitious smart repairers. I’m excited to get stuck in and work with our technicians to ensure we get the most out of them, while they get the job satisfaction that can be all too uncommon in our trade.
“The smart repair market is booming, which means we face stiff competition for experienced technicians as our customer base continues to increase. We are up to the challenge. The potential for growth is massive, and I look forward to working with our UK technicians as we continue to grow towards £40M network sales by 2028.”
