Congratulations to the owners of ServiceMaster Clean Dorset and Wessex for winning the award for Franchisee of the Year at this year’s ServiceMaster Live event.
ServiceMaster Live, which took place this May, is an annual gathering of franchisees from across the ServiceMaster UK brand family, including ServiceMaster Clean. The event saw franchisees and their teams recognised for their hard work in overall customer service, sales, marketing efforts, resilience in the face of hardships, charity and community work and more, in an awards ceremony at the close of the day.
This included Robbie and Sharon Taylor of ServiceMaster Clean Dorset and Wessex who took home the coveted Franchisee of the Year Award. Quite possibly the most highly sought-after award of the day, Franchisee of the Year is awarded to the franchisee (or in this case, franchisees) who are proven to go truly embody the ServiceMaster ethos of “Going Above and Beyond” for all of their customers to provide a truly excellent service, all whilst immersing themselves in what it means to grow a successful franchise business.
Robbie and Sharon joined the ServiceMaster family over 30 years ago and have been committed to providing their trademark quality service ever since. The cleaning industry is constantly changing, as evidenced by the sudden and stark focus that the COVID-19 pandemic shone on the importance of cleanliness and hygiene, not only is it more important than ever, but workers within the cleaning industry have to be adaptable. This means being able to roll with whatever, comes their way, and most vitally of all, embrace change. Part of the reason for Robbie and Sharon’s stellar track record of cleaning excellence is because they are constantly doing all they can to innovate and to make the quality of service better for both their customers and other members of our network.
