Following a wide-ranging network survey, TaxAssist Accountants has received outstanding feedback from its franchisees for the 10th year in a row.
TaxAssist Accountants is proud to have once again been awarded 5-star Franchisee Satisfaction from WorkBuzz, a leading independent franchise consultancy, joining an elite group of just four franchisors to have won this prestigious award for 10 years running.
The WorkBuzz survey works by inviting existing franchisees to participate in an anonymous online survey which asks them 31 questions about their franchise ownership experience. Using a consistent methodology, the franchise is then assigned an overall Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark (FSB) score.
