NO LETTING GO CEO GIVES US AN INSIGHT INTO HIS BUSINESS

Today we hear from the CEO of property inventory management franchise No Letting Go.

No Letting Go is the largest independent inventory and compliance inspection provider in the UK. Nick Lyons, the CEO of the highly successful brand, tells us why he started the business.

“Our mission is to make life easier for letting agents by providing accurate and fully compliant property reporting, which can be relied on in the event of a dispute.

“The business was started with our core values at the heart of our service – consistency, reliability and accountability.”

Lyons launched the business over 13 years ago. What started as a local inventory company has grown into a national franchise with 75 offices producing over 60,000 reports annually. When asked what else he was proud of, Lyons commented:

“We have also won and been shortlisted for a number of service awards by Sunday Times, Negotiator and ESTAS.”

Lyons highlighted one of the biggest challenges that estate agents are faced with currently:

“Profit margin is currently the biggest challenge – agents are still adapting after the tenant fee ban, and with increasing regulation, both factors combine to increase costs.

“By outsourcing inventory management to No Letting Go, it enables clients to reduce their fixed costs and minimise their liability. Our service is designed to protect properties [and] reduce maintenance issues and tenancy disputes for both the agent and landlord.”If you want to be in with a chance of becoming a No Letting Go franchisee, you can see its client page here. There is a wealth of information regarding the training and support it provides, its ideal franchisee and investment cost.
