Mark is already widely successful as Franchise Owner of Pass the Keys® South Pembrokeshire and is looking forward to sharing his extensive property management expertise across the South West of Wales.
We caught up with Mark to discuss the exciting news!:
MP: “I am very excited about the opportunity to work with existing and new hosts in my home city. I have lived in Swansea all my life and I know this city extremely well. I have successfully run several businesses over the years as well as working for some of the largest companies in the UK in senior roles.
I started my Pass the Keys® journey as a Host and was so interested in the opportunity and their professional set up I decided to start my own business. Overseeing our operations and account management is Jamie Smith. Jamie has worked with me for several years and has a proven track record with first-class customer service and is currently doing a fantastic job for our Pass the Keys® operation in Pembrokeshire. Jamie will head up our teams in Swansea and Pembrokeshire as our business expands. The number one priority is to ensure guests always have a 5-star experience whilst maximising the returns for our hosts. We have always had a passion for property and have been managing our own property portfolio in South West Wales for a number of years before taking on a Pass the Keys® Franchise.”
The future is looking bright…
Swansea has recently seen major redevelopment and renewal across the city centre, as plans for a £1 billion pound transformation get underway. There is a high demand for short let stays for construction and corporate workers alike, who are making this re-development possible. Swansea’s iconic landmarks such as beautiful beachside locations like The Mumbles and the Swansea Marina continue to encourage a high demand for short let stays.
Thanks to the regeneration projects, the future short letting market in Swansea is predicted to be very lucrative indeed.
