Pre-school music specialist franchise Monkey Music is celebrating another spectacular year which has included award nominations, TV documentaries and excellent growth reported across its entire franchise network – the third year in which the average turnover per franchisee shows a growth of greater than 10%.
In addition, applications from prospective new Monkey Music franchisees are at record levels and recently-launched franchises are reporting record-breaking customer numbers during their first year.
Monkey Music’s success also extends to the creation of a dedicated and loyal franchise family – three of the original group of Monkey Music franchisees have recently renewed their five-year agreements for what will be their fourth term.
2013 has also seen Monkey Music in the finals of national awards, in the HSBC Franchisee Support category at the bfa HSBC Franchisor of the Year Awards; and in the What’s On 4 Little Ones Awards – as the only children’s activity provider to be a finalist in both the baby and toddler categories.
Building on the organisation’s success, Monkey Music was invited to represent the education sector in a TV documentary series about franchising. Made in association with the British Franchise Association and featuring north London Monkey Music franchisees, Alex and Eloise Trippier, the show will appear in the autumn on Sky TV.
Angie Coates, founder and managing director of Monkey Music, said: “It’s been another great year at Monkey Music! Our franchise network and HQ team are people who are passionate about what we all do and this is reflected in our positive network performance and the exciting events that have been happening this year. We look forward to welcoming more like minded people in to our network over the next twelve months.”
