The ServiceMaster Clean Contract Services network was back together last week, taking part in regional meetings up and down the country.
After years of separation, ServiceMaster Clean Contract Services franchisees were able to get together again this month, as part of one of three meetings spanning different regions.
What was involved?
Each session involved a day jam-packed with motivation, marketing, and networking. This included presentations from Brand Leader Guy Strang and the head office team.
Most importantly, it’s been endlessly valuable for franchisees to be able to finally get together in the same room to talk about their experiences during COVID lockdowns, how they’re preparing for the future and how they were operating in the present.
In a franchise business, strength comes from the power of the network. Events like these are a great reminder of that and allow both head office staff, and franchisees alike, to support one another in the work they all do.
The meetings
The Midlands regional meeting took place at ServiceMaster HQ in Leicester, the Southern meeting took place in Slough, and the Northern regional meeting took place in Cleckheaton in West Yorkshire, notable as the birthplace of Rodger Hargreaves, the creator of the Mr Men and Little Miss series.
Now they were the places where franchisees from across the UK gathered to share in discussions of operations, marketing, sales, and how to improve our services in the days, weeks, months, and years to come.
They also saw staff awarded for all of their hard work, as Abby May from ServiceMaster Clean Newbury was rewarded for some of her recent work with a bottle of bubbly by Alex Linney, National Sales Manager.
