At the time of writing, we are the only national Employee Assistance Programme to be /accredited /by both BACP and NCPS, providing over 88,000 organisations and 12.5 million lives in the UK and ROI with our mental health and wellbeing support. Offering a range of services to employees such as counselling services, financial and legal advice lines, our aim is to support working individuals with their mental health and wellbeing.
We also support organisations by offering access to manager helplines, life and leadership coaching, Mental Health First Aid courses and much more. With fast matching with one of our 2000+ counsellors –through telephone, live chat or video call – we are able to support individuals in times of need faster than ever before.
HA | Wisdom Wellbeing, initially Health Assured since its inception in 2007, has a long standing history of supporting employees in the UK.
From 2021 to the present day, we’ve expanded to other territories including Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Throughout the years, we’ve also gained additional accreditations to the BACP and NCPS such as Safe, Effective, Quality Occupational Health Service (SEQOHS), Sunday Times Best Places to Work (2024) and much more. In terms of accessing our EAP, it’s incredibly easy through our wellbeing app Wisdom – a unique platform that users can download to manage their own mental and physical wellbeing daily. Complete with mood, step, water and activity tracking, as well as insightful content and quick access to our counselling support, it’s designed to empower individuals to take wellbeing into their own hands.
Besides end-user counselling, we also offer Occupational Support for Peak EAP customers who want to ensure their people have what they need to work safely and mitigate absenteeism. This is further supported by our Active Care service – our unique intervention service that ensures individuals who’ve submitted a fit-note for sickness get the support they need from day one. Senior leadership teams can also benefit from our HR advice line, for quick access to information on HR matters in the workplace.
