The Creation Station recognises top franchisees at annual conference

Children’s arts and crafts franchise The Creation Station held its eleventh annual conference at Exeter University last week for franchisees across its UK network, and recognised the best of them with the company’s annual awards also being handed out.

“Our franchise conference is by far the best day in our year,” said Ian Ballinger, franchise support manager. “There is a really strong family and community feel to our network and so when we get together it’s a hugely positive and supportive day.”

Each year franchisees who have contributed to their community or made significant developments in their business are recognised at The Creation Station Best Franchise Awards. Sarah Cressall, founder and managing director, feels this is of great importance. She said: “Our network makes such positive contributions to their local community and really help children and families to be creative and have fun together. I am very proud of all of our network, so judging the awards is really tough. Each year our franchise owners are becoming more and more successful and the calibre is really high.”

The New Franchisee of the Year was named as Roisin Egan from Mid-Ulster, while Best Franchisee’s Franchisee, which is chosen by the network, was awarded to Louise Platt from Mid-Bedfordshire. The overall Best Franchisee of the Year accolade was awarded to Aby Mason from Worthing.
