Knowing which suppliers to use can be a mine field, especially when you are part of Hays IG and have
hundreds of suppliers to choose from.
To support their franchisees to know which suppliers to approach, The Holiday Franchise Company have
created their own online supplier search portal, which enables their network to search by the destination
or type of holiday and have a list of approved suppliers returned.
This results can then be filtered by a number of factors, from suppliers who are trade only, those who
offer price parity, to having a sustainability pledge, to find the perfect supplier match.
It then provides full details on the tour operator, who they are and what they offer, reservation, after sales
and emergency out of hours contacts, commission rates, links to training sessions, agent Facebook groups as well as booking portals and reward schemes.
