The PowerHouse Exchange 2023 bought together a dedication to growth, change and expansion. This was delivered through the various speakers who took to the stage. We heard from our keynote speaker Claire Harper, who talked about transforming a major brand and why you need to ensure the team around you are the right people for the journey, and a panel of Power brands shared their experiences and what the future looks like for their brand and their road maps to get there.
The expert panel tackled legal, technological and international issues giving advice on the different areas of expansion and diversification. The final panel of the day reminded us that we keeping people at the heart of things and making the most of who is involved in your brand is what can give it more Power.
Added to the great speakers and panel session we bought together the brands with the franchisees and investors in a combined networking opportunity as well as a VIP drinks reception.
