WorkBuzz has announced the finalists for the 2026 Best Franchise Awards, sponsored by Lloyds Bank, celebrating the franchisors that are delivering an outstanding experience for their franchisees.

The Best Franchise Awards are unique in that they are driven by direct feedback from franchisees, providing recognition to franchise networks that are excelling in areas that matter most to their franchisees. The awards shine a spotlight on the franchisors that are committed to building strong relationships, providing effective support and continually improving the franchisee experience.

To qualify for the awards, franchisors take part in the Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark (FSB) programme, where franchisees confidentially assess their franchisor across key areas of their ownership experience, including training, ongoing support, their working relationship with the franchisor and whether they would recommend the franchise to others.

The highest-performing franchisors are then selected as finalists for the Best Franchise Awards, making finalist status a significant achievement and a true reflection of franchisee satisfaction.

The winners of the 2026 Best Franchise Awards will be announced at the BFA Annual Conference on Thursday 12th November. The event brings together franchise professionals from across the UK to celebrate achievements and recognise excellence within the franchising sector.
