At Bridgewater Home Care, our training and support is led by Phil Eckersley, founder and managing director, and the wider National Office team with over 50 years of experience within the care sector.
Phil, a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive hands-on experience, has successfully navigated every role within the business, from care worker to care manager. As a former franchisee himself, Phil has gained a deep understanding of why individuals choose franchising over independent ventures and what franchisees value most, providing the support and systems needed to build thriving businesses.

As part of your start-up process, you will receive an in-depth 1-week training programme at the National Office, which covers Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Training, Recruitment, Finance and Networking. As a new Bridgewater franchisee, you will also receive ongoing monthly 1-1 mentoring sessions with Phil for the 1st year of your journey, with ad hoc catch-up sessions as and when needed.
You will have access to an unlimited wealth of expertise from our National Office team, who are leaders in the sector, having direct hands-on experience, for whenever you need their guidance and support with your day-to-day operations.
