Tumble Tots Head Office provide really good support, training, back up and contact with other franchisees, which is needed as it can sometimes feel a bit lonely running your own business. The job offers great flexibility around a family, with regard to hours, school holidays etc. Running classes is lovely, getting to know the parents and children, watching the children learn and develop, and seeing families come back again with siblings. Watching a child achieve a difficult task and seeing their confidence grow is amazing. Running your own business and being responsible for a team of staff isn’t always easy, and you have to be prepared to work hard, but it is very worthwhile and rewarding.”
