Matt lives in Rugby with his wife Louise and has launched his franchises in the Rugby and Nuneaton regions.
After achieving a BA Hons in Philosophy at Nottingham University Matt embarked on a career in business development within the demanding recruitment arena. After a successful period in London, Matt had the opportunity to move back closer to home to work as an acquisitions manager for a commercial property company. Matt’s entrepreneurial spirit comes from his father who has grown and runs his own successful business.
Matt’s desire to join Premier Sport and his determination to make it succeed was demonstrated in the summer when in addition to undergoing his due diligence into Premier Sport there was just a small matter of getting married and finishing renovating his home in time for the big day.
Matt has big plans for his franchise, he was not satisfied with just one franchise being Rugby, Matt has invested into a second, neighbouring territory – Nuneaton. Matt is clear with offering a complete activity proposition when presenting to head teachers.
Cricket is Matt’s main love; he is captain of his town cricket club. Matt has also volunteered a great deal of time with the cricket club, securing numerous grants enabling a development of the club house and build new training facilities. Matt intends to use his contacts with sports providers, council and other cricket clubs to promote Premier Sport.
