Do you love helping people scale their companies?

Are you the person business owners turn to when they’re ready to grow but don’t know what’s holding them back? Chances are it’s because you know how to ask the right question at the right moment — and that’s exactly the skill set behind the world’s most respected sales training system.

Sandler has been changing the way the world sells, leads and communicates for over 50 years, and is one of the longest-established training franchises in the BFA directory, with a 23 year unbroken presence in the UK with an 5-star franchisee satisfaction award from Franchise Business Review.

Because business shouldn’t run you — you should run it…

If you’ve ever wanted to help ambitious businesses scale properly — with the systems and confidence to grow sustainably, not just chase short-term wins — while building something that’s genuinely your own, Sandler could be the right franchise for you.

What is sales and management consulting and training?

Most business owners are experts in their trade, but expertise in a trade rarely means expertise in selling, negotiating, hiring, or leading a team. It’s a bigger problem than most people realise, 81% of sales teams don’t consistently review their sales process, according to research from The Sales Experts.  This means most businesses hit a ceiling not because they lack ambition, but because they lack a system that scales with them when it comes to business growth. That’s where Sandler comes in.

Sandler is a global training organisation that has helped businesses, for over five decades, in every sector, build the confident, consistent sales teams and stronger leadership teams needed to scale. Rather than one-off workshops, Sandler runs an ongoing reinforcement-based training model — which means franchisees build real, recurring relationships with clients, not one-off transactions.

As a Sandler franchisee, you and/or your team of trainers will be delivering the Sandler Selling System, management and leadership development, and customer success training to business owners and sales teams across your territory to help them sell without pressure, lead with clarity, and scale with confidence.

And what will you get out of it?

For a £55,000 investment, you’ll be awarded your territory, a proven B2B business model with decades of global brand recognition, and a business built to scale.  It’s a business that can be run from a home office with low overheads today, and grow into a team-led practice over time. You’ll receive full initial certification and ongoing support to help you build a scalable training and consulting practice — while remaining your own boss.

A brief history…

Sandler Training was founded by David Sandler in the United States in 1967, built on the belief that traditional, pressure-based selling was broken — and that a better, more human system was possible. That system, the Sandler Selling System, has since scaled into one of the most widely taught sales methodologies in the world.

Today, Sandler operates in 34 countries with training centres across the UK, and continues to expand its footprint as more businesses look for a genuine alternative to short-term sales training fads.

Training

Before certification, prospective franchisees go through a rigorous discovery process to make sure the fit is right on both sides; this isn’t a franchise awarded to everyone who applies.

Once approved, you’ll attend Sandler’s initial certification programme, covering the full Sandler Selling System, management and leadership training methodology, business development, and how to build and scale a training and consulting company.

Ongoing support includes:

  • A dedicated onboarding coach
  • Regular group calls and peer mastermind sessions with fellow UK and global franchisees
  • Access to Sandler’s global training library and content vault
  • National and regional sales conferences
  • Marketing support and co-branded materials for local lead generation
  • Ongoing curriculum updates as the methodology evolves
  • One-to-one coaching and business-building support from an elite franchisee, including guidance on scaling your own team
  • Access to the tech stack that Sandler is partnering with to help companies scale and stay ahead of their competitors.

It works on you too!

While you’re learning how to help your clients scale, you’ll also be learning, and living, the very system you teach. Sandler franchisees often say the discipline, self-awareness and confidence the methodology builds in their clients shows up in their own business too.

Sandler is in the business of behavioural change, and franchisees get to draw on a 50-year-old system and a global support network to build, and scale, their own profitable practice, one that can eventually run with a team, not just with you.

What will I do as a Franchisee

You’ll build a working rhythm that suits you.  One of the benefits of running your own Sandler business is the flexibility to design your week around delivery, business development, and admin in the way that works for your goals as you scale.

A typical week includes delivering scheduled training sessions (in person or virtually) to client sales teams and leadership groups, one-to-one coaching calls with individual clients, and time set aside for your own prospecting and local networking to keep your pipeline full. As your business grows, you may also spend time recruiting and developing your own team to help you scale.

You’ll also stay connected with the wider Sandler network – the support of the UK home office, regular calls, mastermind groups and conferences are built into the rhythm of the business, so you’re never building alone.

“Sandler has helped me design a life around how I want to live my life, using the skills that I’ve got to sell and deliver world-class effectiveness programmes.” Paul Sandford, who owns a Sandler Franchise is North Hampshire.
