Business partners Magda and Oana of Bridgewater Home Care Watford decided to begin their own business in home care having had years over 10 years of combined experience in the field themselves across their local communities.
So far this year, the Bridgewater Home Care franchise has welcomed 3 new franchises:
- Alex and Sapna Bast-Boverhoff of Bridgewater Home Care Harborough
- Chris Denham of Bridgewater Home Care Northampton
- Magda Costin and Oana Ungureanu of Bridgewater Home Care Watford
We are delighted to welcome them to the expanding Bridgewater Home Care network, where they will join our existing franchisees in delivering exceptional quality care across their local areas.
Throughout the year franchisees have attended various Bridgewater Home Care training programmes, during which our new franchisees learnt everything there is to know about our values, culture, operations and how to successfully run their very own Bridgewater Home Care office.

Madga and Oana of Bridgewater Home Care Watford began their journey into franchising from their own desires to enhance the quality of care in their area.
Both with a background in providing care, and familiar with the industry, they recognised a need to provide high quality, reliable care that put people at the heart of what they do. This led them to the Bridgewater Home Care franchise opportunity, where they become excited about our culture of going above and beyond, always.
Covering Watford and it’s surrounding areas, business partners Madge and Oana are excited to launch their own Bridgewater Home Care office and hit the ground running with providing exceptional care and employment for their growing team of Care Specialists.
