About Us
At Junior Einsteins Science Club®, we spark wonder and ignite a lifelong love of science in children through exciting, hands-on STEM experiences. Our passionate team is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of scientists, one bubbling beaker and brilliant ‘aha!’ moment at a time. We bring WOW-factor science experiences to schools, communities, businesses, and workplaces, nurturing children’s natural curiosity and creativity. Children get to light lightsabers with plasma balls, extract DNA from bananas, construct bridges, create erupting volcanoes, make fossils, investigate crime scenes, and give Barbie a hair-raising experience on a Van de Graaff generator!
We teach children “How to Think, not What to think,” best preparing them for our ever-changing world. Our educational philosophy focuses on developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Through messy, inquiry-based, hands-on learning, we encourage children to embrace mistakes, learn from failure, and foster curiosity, creativity, and teamwork.
Our comprehensive curriculum covers ALL areas of STEM, allowing us to run our programs in a school for over two years without ever repeating a single topic! We explore a vast array of fascinating subjects, including quantum physics ( with Nerf guns!) , marine biology, biomimicry. Climate quests, smart cities, med-tech, meteorology, anthropology, archaeology, botany, forensics, engineering, anatomy, microbiology, bioluminescence, chemistry, astronomy, illusions and so much more ….

The Franchise Opportunity
Owning a Junior Einsteins Science Club® franchise is an incredibly fulfilling experience, offering so much more than just a business opportunity, it’s a chance to make a real impact on children’s lives. As a franchise owner, you’ll feel a deep sense of purpose and pride knowing you’re inspiring the next generation of scientists, engineers, and creative thinkers.
You will deliver high-energy, hands-on STEM experiences directly to your local schools, community groups, and families. This franchise allows you to build a business that inspires young minds, engages families, and brings meaningful impact to your community.

We provide expert training, robust systems, and ongoing support to ensure your success.
Initial Training Our training begins with a 5-day intensive hands-on program at live events at our HQ in Dublin, followed by comprehensive business training delivered via Zoom. Franchisees also gain access to The Junior Einsteins Academy, a go-to online resource for experiments, business knowledge, step-by-step guides, and practical videos.
Ongoing Support In the first month, we provide frequent contact with the franchisor and HQ team for intensive support. This transitions into continuous coaching through monthly accountability calls, ‘First Friday’ peer-led sessions, and bite-sized 15-minute business sessions. Franchisees benefit from a bespoke booking system, a powerful, automated platform that handles bookings, confirmations, and payments directly to your Stripe account. We also have a share in marketing responsibility, protect your territory, and provide a comprehensive library of over 1,000+ experiments and activities.
No two days are ever the same. You will manage a dynamic schedule that includes event management, business development, team leadership, and operations. You will ensure the right people are in the right place with the right equipment to bring high-energy science fun to children. You will also market and promote events, and build strong relationships in your community as a STEM education expert with local schools, parents, venues and corporate partners for ESG and CSR initiatives. A key part of your role will be managing, hiring, and retaining a team of enthusiastic science instructors.
