Founded in 2008 in the vibrant city of London, YouMeSushi has rapidly emerged as one of the fastest-growing sushi chains in the region. With a strong commitment to quality service and an unwavering dedication to creating food that people love, YouMeSushi has become a beloved destination for sushi enthusiasts seeking a truly exceptional experience. Our mission is to be recognised as the ‘go-to’ for sushi lovers.

The shift in public preference for healthier, non-red meat-based food is truly nationwide, and dynamic brands committed to quality ingredients, will continue to lead the way. At the heart of YouMeSushi’s success lies its unique approach to sushi preparation. Unlike many other establishments that rely on pre-packaged or mass-produced sushi, YouMeSushi takes pride in crafting every roll on-site, ensuring the freshest and highest quality sushi is served to our customers. Our innovative and varying menu has a unique and fresh approach to Japanese cuisine, featuring both cold and hot dishes, including ramen bowls, gyoza, poke dishes, katsu curry, fried chicken, noodles, bubble tea and so much more.
The market size for Japanese and sushi restaurants in the UK is estimated to be £1.3 billion in 2024. The latest comprehensive research on the Global Sushi Restaurants Market reveals that the sector is on track for significant expansion, with an expected growth of USD 3.81 billion over the five years from 2023 to 2028. This growth trajectory indicates a steady Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 3.53% during this period.
Since the beginning of our franchise journey in 2021, our rapid growth has extended beyond London, with over 27 sites currently operating across the UK and several more locations already confirmed to open in Q1 of 2025.

As an inspirational leader, you will nurture your team to deliver customer service excellence and quality food.

You will liaise regularly with our marketing team, who will help you plan the launch of your business, and provide you with ongoing local marketing support and POS materials.
After a period of 6-12 months, your general manager will oversee daily kitchen operations in the restaurant, whereas your role will be to oversee the administrative aspects and manage the external side of the business. The division of responsibilities ensures smooth and streamlined operations, whilst giving you the opportunity to strategically plan and drive growth.
