The start of 2025 has brought a flurry of recognition for Tracey-Jane Cassidy, Founder and CEO of Junior Einsteins Science Club®—but for her, these honours are not about personal achievement. They are a reflection of the shared passion, energy, and purpose behind the growing Junior Einsteins Science Club® community.

Tracey-Jane has been named one of Ireland’s 21 Standout Women for International Women’s Day 2025 by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. “It’s such an honour,” she says, “but I accept it on behalf of our incredible franchisees, our dedicated science instructors, our inspiring licensee venues—and of course, the brilliant young minds we engage through our work. This is a recognition of all of us.”

She has also been shortlisted in the STEM Businesswoman category for the Network Ireland Dublin Branch Businesswoman of the Year Awards 2025, nominated for the Villa Maria Women of Vision Awards 2025, and named a STEM Role Model of the Year 2025 by SheCanCode.

These acknowledgements celebrate more than individual effort—they highlight a mission being fulfilled. Junior Einsteins Science Club® is proud to bring hands-on, high-energy STEM experiences to thousands of children globally. Through slime, rockets, forensics, and bubbling experiments, the team is making science exciting, tangible, and full of joy.
