We are pretty ecstatic…

When we franchised Choice, our vision was to foster a network of franchisees who felt valued and supported in an environment of collaboration and openness.

As part of our membership of the British Franchise Association, an anonymous franchisee satisfaction survey (conducted by WorkBuzz) is carried out and we’ve just been handed their report.

We received a 100% franchisee satisfaction rate!

While this represents a truly amazing result and hopefully reflects the culture we’re trying to develop, we appreciate that we are still relatively small with 6 franchisees.

The task for us now is to maintain the positivity as we grow which, in part, involves us continuing to recruit franchisees who share our values and who genuinely want to make a difference to the lives of the students they support.
