Eatphoria is a UK-based food and beverage platform focused on developing and scaling structured quick service restaurant (QSR) brands. Its core concept, Wraps & Wings, was established in 2014 and centres on high-quality, flavour-led chicken products delivered through a simple, consistent menu.
Founded by a family-led team with strong hospitality experience, the business combines practical operational expertise with a disciplined, systems-led approach. The brand has grown into a multi-site estate operating across delivery, takeaway, and dine-in formats.
Eatphoria’s model has evolved with changing customer behaviour. Delivery remains an established channel, while dine-in and takeaway locations are now the focus for future expansion.
A key part of the model is Eatphoria’s multi-brand approach. Complementary online-only brands operate from the same kitchens using shared ingredients and processes, enabling franchisees to maximise sales, improve utilisation, and drive efficiency without adding complexity.
Franchising is central to Eatphoria’s growth strategy, supported by defined operating standards, centralised menu and supply chain control, and an integrated technology ecosystem covering point of sale, delivery management, and compliance.
Franchisees are supported through a structured onboarding and training programme, combining classroom learning with practical restaurant experience, underpinned by standard operating procedures and verification processes.
Eatphoria operates across the UK and is focused on continued expansion, with a pipeline of new openings and plans to explore Ireland.

Brand Philosophy
We believe comfort food should never be average. It should be bold, satisfying, and made properly. We believe that fast casual dining doesn’t have to mean shortcuts on flavour, on ingredients, or on experience. That doing fewer things, done well, beats doing everything. We craft food people crave, using premium ingredients and recipes developed with purpose, not guesswork. Food that feels familiar, but better. Comforting, but considered. We believe great food should be accessible, not exclusive. Something you can rely on, enjoy often, and come back to without overthinking it. Wraps & Wings exists for real life for everyday hunger, shared moments, and food that delivers every time. No fuss. No compromise. Just comfort food, done right.
Vision
We envision a future where fast casual dining and quality are no longer seen as opposing ideas, but naturally belong together. A future in which people can choose comfort food without feeling they have to compromise on taste, ingredients, or how food makes them feel, and where everyday meals are redefined as something to enjoy with pride, trust, and pleasure.
Mission
Our mission is to elevate the casual food experience by putting flavour first and quality at the core of everything we do. We craft our food using carefully selected ingredients, strong product knowledge, and consistent execution, creating an experience that is accessible, generous, and trustworthy, so that enjoying comfort food never feels like a compromise, but a conscious and satisfying choice.
Brand Purpose
We exist to transform fast food from a guilty pleasure into food made with intention. By raising the standard of what fast food can be, we give people the freedom to enjoy the foods they love with confidence, knowing that bold flavours and premium quality can coexist.

Training is a core component of the Eatphoria franchise model, designed to ensure franchisees are fully equipped to operate a Wraps & Wings restaurant to defined brand and operational standards.
The initial training programme is delivered over a structured 6–8 week period and follows a blended format, combining classroom-based learning, practical in-restaurant training, and systems-based instruction. Training is primarily delivered within the UK, with a significant focus on hands-on experience in operating restaurants, supported by Head Office trainers and operational specialists.
Franchisees are trained as hands-on operators from the outset. A key part of the programme includes approximately two weeks of in-restaurant training, where franchisees work across all core kitchen and front-of-house stations. This ensures a full understanding of food preparation, product quality standards, speed of service, and day-to-day operational routines before transitioning into a broader business management role.

The training programme is structured around a four-stage learning model: Explain, Demonstrate, Practice, and Verify. This approach ensures that all learning is not only understood but consistently applied in a live operational environment. Franchisees are required to complete verification assessments across all critical areas and must demonstrate competency before operating independently.
In addition to core operations, the programme covers key business management skills required to run a successful restaurant. This includes financial management, cost control, labour scheduling, and performance monitoring. Franchisees are also trained on the use of core systems, including point of sale, delivery platform integration, and compliance tools, enabling effective management of both in-store and digital channels.
Food safety and compliance are integral to the training programme. Franchisees are trained on the company’s Food Safety Management System (FSMS), including HACCP principles, daily and weekly compliance routines, and the use of digital checklists and audit systems. This ensures all locations operate in line with UK regulatory requirements and internal standards.
The programme is supported by a comprehensive suite of training materials, including standard operating procedures, training guides, and structured verification processes. This includes the Eatphoria Team Member Training Pathway, a defined multi-stage framework covering safety certification, kitchen operations, food handling, and front-of-house service. This structure enables franchisees to effectively train and verify their own teams, ensuring consistency as the business scales.
Following completion of the initial training, ongoing support is provided through regular operational reviews, performance tracking, and continued access to updated training materials. Franchisees receive ongoing guidance from the Head Office team to support operational performance, compliance, and alignment with brand standards.
This structured training approach ensures franchisees are prepared to operate confidently, maintain consistency, and build sustainable performance within the Eatphoria network.

Running an Eatphoria franchise is a hands-on, fast-paced role that combines day-to-day operations with building and growing your own business. In the early stages, you will be closely involved in the restaurant, working alongside your team to establish strong routines, set standards, and create a consistent customer experience.
Setting the Day Up for Success
Your day starts by getting the restaurant ready for service. This means checking that everything is clean, stocked, and set up correctly, while completing key food safety and compliance routines. It’s also a chance to connect with your team, set expectations for the day, and make sure everyone is aligned and ready to go.
Leading Through Service
As the restaurant moves into service, your focus shifts to leading the operation. You’ll be working alongside your team, overseeing food preparation, monitoring quality, and making sure speed of service and order accuracy standards are consistently delivered.
Peak periods can be fast-paced, so staying organised, making quick decisions, and supporting your team on the floor are all key parts of the role.
Managing Delivery and Demand
Delivery plays a central role in the business, and you’ll be actively managing performance across aggregator platforms. This includes keeping an eye on order flow, maintaining preparation times, and ensuring smooth handovers to delivery partners. Strong execution here directly supports both sales and visibility.

Staying in Control of Standards
Throughout the day, you’ll be ensuring that food safety and compliance standards are maintained. This includes completing checks, monitoring processes, and making sure everything is operating in line with the company’s Food Safety Management System. These routines are built into the day and form part of how the business is run.
Driving Business Performance
Alongside running the operation, you’ll spend time reviewing how the business is performing. This includes looking at sales, managing costs, planning labour, and using performance data to identify opportunities to improve results. You are supported by Head Office, but ultimately take ownership of your business performance.
Building and Developing Your Team
A big part of your role is building a strong team. You’ll be responsible for training, developing, and supporting your people, ensuring everyone is trained and verified through the structured training pathway. A well-trained team is key to delivering consistency and supporting growth.
Growing into a Multi-Site Operator
As your experience grows and your business develops, your role will naturally evolve. Day-to-day operations are typically led by trained restaurant managers, allowing you to focus more on supporting your teams, reviewing performance, and identifying opportunities to grow your business further.
While your role may become less hands-on over time, staying connected to your operation remains an important part of long-term success.
