“I worked for a Bank for over 25 years and the best role I had was looking after a portfolio of small business customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions. I have always enjoyed helping people and I knew that this type of area was one I wanted to go back to later in my career.
UK Business Mentoring (UKBM) gave me this opportunity. I had a meeting with the owner, Joe Hinton, and it was absolutely clear that I had the same ethos as him and the company. The client was at the centre of everything and I could see the difference I could make to business owners using the processes and systems of UKBM.
The training was excellent, and the support has always been available when I’ve needed it. There have been challenges along the way but due to the great support I have always been able to overcome these.
As I progress to completing my third year as a franchisee my performance financially has exceeded both my expectations and those suggested by the franchisor at the outset.
I am my own boss, making my own decisions but with an excellent support network feeling part of a worthwhile team.
I am now working with around 20 regular clients and I am proud to be able to play a part in making and keeping them successful.
